An eclectic taste for music and an ear for what's hot, Fab Roc spins everything from the newest records to reggae/dancehall, afrobeats, Top 40, old school classics, hip-hop, R&B, funk, and soul house. She has a passion for finding sounds beyond what is just on the current mainstream channels. She is also extremely particular about curating music and scores in all content she produces. It goes hand in hand.

Her passion is creating from a holistic + authentic place, and bringing yoga to empower humans and connect like-minded individuals on their journeys to being their best selves. As she continues to carve out her own lane + journey, she hopes to offer yoga, meditation and reiki that have helped her along the way to others. By sharing these tools, she will create a world where love, peace, abundance, and community are accessible to all.
